Honest insights from recent stays

Reviews reveal a quiet, affordable lodging option with clean, spacious rooms, though its atmosphere and clientele may not suit all visitors.

Guests often praise

  • Quiet environment offering a restful stay.
  • Friendly and accommodating owner appreciated by several guests.
  • Affordable pricing compared to other options in downtown Toronto.

Worth knowing

  • Individuals needing temporary accommodation during difficult times.
  • Guests prioritizing proximity to the University of Toronto, Queen’s Park, and the Royal Ontario Museum.

Looks totally doggy from the front and really have no idea how to book a room, was visiting a friend myself. But the rooms were large very clean had small fridge, TV I think and overall very nice. Would recommend trying out if looking for a discount spot. Also it’s in one of the best neighbourhood in T. O

Both my husband and I where home less and didn't have a place to be alone as the shelters are made for couples to fight and not to get along ,so we found this little quaint hotel on college st and we this covid hit we stayed there for 35 day mind you it was a little pricey but at least wr where alone and there was t.v.

I'm giving this place 5 stars, not because it's a 5 star hotel, but because when you compare it to a homeless shelter like Seaton House, this hotel looks a lot better. If you're a normal person, visiting the city, DON'T STAY HERE, this is not the place for you. This hotel is for the homeless, escorts & drug addicts. It's not meant for tourists or anyone who owns or rents a place to live. This is for people who are in dire situations in life & would rather pay a cheap price for a private room & a warm bed, instead of going to a homeless shelter

Room was decent. Prices are affordable and Mr. Jun himself is a very nice man. I would go there again and recommend to my friends

Im currently homeless due to ongoing issues with addictions. That being said this place is just what you need to get a night's rest I'm a warm comfy bed, and a shower in the morning. The owner charged me 60$ a night so I decided to stay for 5. (5x60=250$) deposit was 80$. I figured the cost to be around 330$-350$ bucks however to my surprise he only charged me 300$ and gave me my 80$ deposit back. So it may be somewhat rundown and low quality rooms... But it sure beats a shelter or the streets.
